first of all go to the blogger.com then follow these steps
- Sign up for free or log-in to your account.
- Pick a Blog template.
- Open the Blog Manager and create a new post.
- Create categories and organize your posts.
- Publish your post.
- Publish your site and connect your own domain name.
- Share your blog on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or Email.
